Module 3 of Zox teaches the listener about a relaxation technique. The relaxation session seems to be some form of meditation and law of attraction combined.
So what you do is write a list of things that you want to happen in your life.
You number the ones you want to happen the most and state does in your meditation. Again I am not going to go into specifics of this technique.
The total relaxation time is 15 minutes I will describe my experience below.
So I closed my eyes and started to relax there were thoughts rushing through my mind business as usual. I relaxed and the thoughts seemed to fade away. What I did was when a thought came I just ignored it and did not give much thought to it. To be more specific let say you are thinking of eating while reading this, but you ignore going to eat so you can finish reading my wonderful post or you ignore a small urge of urinating and you will not notice it after a while.
So rules to be successful with this relaxation session.
1, First of all, do not move any body parts and do not pay attention to any part of your body. Instead pay attention to your thoughts.
2, Second is that once your body is relaxed try to not put much effort into your thoughts just ignore them and pay attention to your breathing.
3, At this point, you should be less aware of your body losing awareness of your leg hand and maybe even your bodies position in the room. That is ideal, that is where you should be or at least that's what I think.
As a side note, my concentration is at 5 minutes now.
