Baiturrahman Great Mosque Banda Aceh is a silent witness to Aceh's heritage, determined in downtown Banda Aceh and is the satisfaction of the americans of Aceh. Baiturrahman Great Mosque is a devoutimage, braveness and nationalism of the americans of Aceh. This mosque was constructed each of the the time of Sultan Iskandar Muda (1607-1636), and is the heart of devout training in the archipelago. This mosque was the headquarters of the americans of Aceh all over the war with the Dutch (1873-1904). At the time of the Aceh War in 1873, the mosque was burned down by the Dutch military.
