금요미식회에서 송어를 재료로 하여 조리는 것을 보고 따라해봤다.
뭐라할까?
무슨맛이어야 할까?
각각의 재료가 각각의 맛을 유감없이 자랑하는 맛이다.
앞으로 자주 해 먹을 만 하다~~
화아트와인과 절대적으로 어울리는 맛이다~~
