Nowadays Momo's popularity has increased a lot. Be it vegetable or chicken! Who doesn't love to eat hot smoked momo.

Almost everyone gathers at different restaurants or fast food corners to eat Momo. However, it is not always possible to go out.

If you want, you can make restaurant style chicken momo at home with less ingredients. Find out the recipe-

Materials

  1. Flour 2 cups 2. Oil 2 tablespoons 3. 4 and a half cups of chicken mince. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon 5. Ginger powder 3 teaspoons 6. 2 pieces of onion 6. Salt to taste 6. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce 9. Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder 10. Lemon peel, half a table spoon and 11. 1 tablespoon of butter.

Method

First make a dough by mixing half a teaspoon of salt, oil and water with flour. Now mix onion, ginger-garlic powder, soy sauce, salt and black pepper powder with minced meat.

Heat a frying pan in the oven and melt the butter in it. Then cook the minced meat mixture on low heat. Once the minced meat is cooked, cover it for another 2-3 minutes.

Then open the lid, shake with raw chilli powder and lemon peel, cover again and keep it on low heat for two minutes.

Meanwhile, make a small loaf of bread from the dough. In the middle of it, take 1 tablespoon, wrap it in half with kimar pur and wrap it in the other half.

As if the mouth is not open. When all the momos are ready, you can tie a cloth around the mouth of a large pot filled with water or steam it in a steamed container.

If steamed well, it will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Then lower and serve hot momo with sauce.
