My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2019

Hola Steemit,

Smashed out another day of fairly mediocre physical activity with today's result.

Most of my activity was from walking around the local shopping centre.

Diet is going swell though and sugar consumption is plummeting. It will be interesting to see if I can sustain this and what sort of weight correction I achieve by essentially eating sugar free.

The best strategy for cutting out sugar is to make sugar you don't have it in your house in the form of readily consumable products like chocolate and cakes.

I still have the potential to make those recipes from home by scratch, but the preparation and cooking time is usually enough to put one off eating it.

Hopefully this strategy helps me hold the line. Only time will tell!
