      I thought it was a long way, but now I run it twice a week with a 5k in between too.
      You'll get there! Just increase your miles by 10% each week and you'll be up to 10k in no time.

        I've been in poor health and will have to gather my strenght after a while of almost no exercise, but yes, next year I reset to change a few things being that one of them, for my mental health and physical one. I shared a video some days ago that was filmed a few weeks ago, earlier this Autumn. Still inspired and fighting for my dream but I go super super slow (including RUNNING) HAHAH
