🇬🇧 Nervous and very sad! yesterday I mentioned to you that I was very happy with my purchase (soundbar jbl 5.1), but apparently the subwoofer doesn't work .. or better, being that it connects via wireless, it's as if you can't connect with the barra..i have tried all colors, there is not much on the internet and especially not even instructions say how to solve a possible problem..then it seemed that I had found a solution ... on American sites..but unfortunately not I solved nothing ... today in practice I lost a day at home to find a solution on the internet..that is to say, disappointed by jbl..now I have to send it all back hoping it won't make me problems..less bad than the right recesso..Comunque if any of you has a solution, I'm all ears! help me 😩!
🇮🇹 Nervoso e molto triste! ieri vi avevo accennato del fatto che ero molto felice del mio acquisto (soundbar jbl 5.1), ma a quanto pare non mi funziona il subwoofer..o meglio, essendo che si collega via wireless, è come se non si riesce a collegarsi con la barra..le ho provate di tutti i colori, non c’è molto su internet e soprattutto neanche le istruzioni dicono come risolvere un eventuale problema..poi sembrava che avessi trovato una soluzione...su dei siti americani..ma purtroppo non ho risolto niente...oggi in pratica ho perso una giornata a casa per trovare una soluzione su internet..che dire, deluso da jbl..ora mi tocca mandare tutto indietro sperando non mi facciano problemi..meno male che il diritto di recesso..Comunque se qualcuno di voi ha una soluzione, sono tutto orecchie! aiutatemi 😩!
