[Actifit Report] 오랜만에 제대로 운동을

며칠 동안 생각만 해오던 운동을, 오늘은 마음을 제대로 먹고 했습니다. 가까운 운동 공원에서 기구를 이용해서 하는 운동인데, 잘 이용하면 웨이트 트레이닝도 가능합니다. 운동 중에 기본은 역시 스쿼트죠. 이걸 오랜만에 하니 찌뿌듯하던 몸이 싹 풀렸습니다. 우울하던 기분도 한결 맑아졌네요.
