Greetings dear friends! I got up as usual at 5:00am and did an 8 minute workout. I took to the showers and got the ball rolling for work - making some breakfast and taking the ten minutes walk to the station. There weren’t any classes so I jumped on the bike at school and went for a 25 minute ride around the area. After school the grind continued so I took the 30 minutes walk each way to and from my evening gig. I ran to catch a few trains and climbed a few stairs to get the numbers in. A day well spent actifitting- steem on.
It’s so hot here I seriously thought about sitting in this.
