I took my mama to the doctor today.
Let me tell you about her. She has the most amazing health panel I have seen for a 78 year old “indoor active” woman. She has great blood pressure, great cholesterol, her heart and lungs sounded great (which is good for someone with asthma), and her ear, nose, and throat cavities were clear.
The biggest thing her doctor said to her, “You need to drink more water.” 😁😁😁
Yep, I pray that I am as healthy as she is (without all the medications) at 78.
She took some medicine to help calm her nerves since she doesn’t like elevators and that is the only way to get around at this new doctor’s office - at least until we can find the stairwell and see how high each stair is.
I got some pretty good walking in. When we left the doctor, I had 2822 on my Fitbit, and when we parkedto go in, I had around 1880 or so. So roughly almost 1000 steps just for doctor visit.
