Yesterday I did a long hike so my legs were a little sore today. I took a short walk at the icy beach today to see some daylight and not sit around at home all day long.

Yeah, its a frozen beach. When its cold enough then even salty water freezes. Overall sea water in that part of the world is not that salty as well.
