Fridays mean cross training and strength workouts. I used to only run day after day. After an injury last year, all that changed. I started my training to run Boston. The first stage focuses on strength building. It is both exciting and intimidating. I learned a few new stretches and terms today. In time Fridays will be more natural. Until then I'll focus on patience as I grow stronger. I wrote a few lines thinking of those concepts.
