My Actifit Report Card: April 21 2019

I almost spend my time this holy week by reading, babysitting, relaxing and some extra activities. For the past days, I've been so passive at home that's why I decided and told myself that why not include a quick exercise or body shaping before I go to sleep and post it on steem using acitifit. This maybe the last day of the holiday for this month, but this would be the perfect start to tighten up some muscles and limbs. So before I go to sleep I was able to make:

  1. A 5minute cardio thru shadow boxing.
  2. 3 sets of 12reps of 90-degree push up.
  3. 3 sets of 12 reps of Biceps and Triceps Isolation using a 10kg dumbbells.
  4. And some walking and stretching.

Next would be some hard cardio to lessen up some belly fat and some balancing thru calisthenics.
