Poco a poco me voy adaptando a la aplicación.

Para el dia de hoy toco entrenamiento de tren superior:
Calentamiento: 10 minutos trote
Entrenamiento:

Flexiones: 5 repeticiones en 10 rondas
Hombros; Elevaciones laterales 10 repeticiones 5 rondas.
Curl de biceps: 10 repeticiones en 5 rondas.

Por ultimo los correspondientes estiramientos.
