Welcome dear friends of steemit, today I will bring you a very important issue whereby you should keep a lot of awareness and privacy of each person somewhere with the use of their personal data, thus retaining valuable information that each person has where they can falsify or attempt any infringement without their due authority generating fraud, loss of goods or sniffing and do with the data with the best that they see fit.

Rational database.

It is a collection of data elements organized into a formally described set of tables from which data can be accessed or reassembled in many different ways without having to rearrange the base tables. On the other hand they are distinguished in different models as hierarchical, for being more understandable to the inexperienced user and is the most common, also based on the logic to enter different data.

Rational Models.

It is a data model based on the logic of organizing data in a whole. Furthermore, these relationships are formed and make a data set difficult to manage in order to have more abstract and specific information.

Steps to execute rational model.

It is manifested to the origin of organizing this table or database, which refer to a:

  • Required data: The fields or columns must have a validity where they will be stored.

  • Validity check: Wanting to deduce that in the base they only have to make data of some user.

  • Referential Integrities: It establishes the protection of the data for a profit or a specific use.

Integrity Rules.

These are presented as the backup of data that must be kept for mutual integrity and are presented in:

  • Keys: They are a series of characters for the protection of data that prevents the duplication of some or other record.

  • Primary keys: These refer to the attributes according to what you want to obtain by registering.

  • ** Secondary Keys: ** Keys defined by the primary that are established by the user and the programmer.

  • Identity Restriction: Limits in relationships to maintain all legal databases, integrity is guaranteed through the use of keys that will be highly private by a previous hierarchical governmental consent.

Standardization

It consists of applying a series of rules to the relationships obtained after the passage of the intuitive model guaranteed and protected.

Why normalize?

As it avoids data redundancy, they are also presented as:

  • Avoid problems of updating data in tables.

  • Protects the integrity of the data.

  • It also gives a simpler use where they allow to identify more easily the data in each column and row, where they present unique data that are saved by these columns without repeating previous data.

Functional dependence.

It is a connection between one or more attributes through it is easier to find a user either by name, surname, date of birth, among others. In order to do what you want to achieve.

Normal forms.

  • First form (1fn): Meets that all data can be divided, said to be atomic.

  • Second form (2fn): It is fulfilled by establishing the first form and its main attributes where they depend on an initial or primary key.

  • Third form (3fn): It is implied by its primary key with a non-transitive sequence.

On the other hand there are 2 forms attached to the first 3 normal forms and establish that they are divided into fourth and fifth form

  • Fourth form (4fn): Many dependencies are eliminated and external relations are generated with others, database.

  • Fifth form (5fn): Established by passwords for an access of a scheduled update.
