Anyone Else FIght Their Way Out Of Depression?

What helped you? I am not happy with my life and don't know what to do to figure out whats wrong with me.

I also have a lot of built up rage.

Anyone up for some advice?

This is my first post in steemit,i dont know if it's a bad luck to write about this sad topic but anyway.

You should provide more information about what causes your depression. All people have experienced sadness in someway. What i realized is that the more you think about it the worse it gets. Time will fix it, there will be bad days and good days. The advice i can give you is give it time and do activites that you think there are good for you and bring value to your life. Make some logical steps that will help you. If you have someone you can talk, it will help so much. one moto i know that it's so on spot is the worst isnt to suffer but to suffer alone. If you can share your pain with others and be able to comunicate it, will be much easier.

I dont know how severe is your situation but sometimes professional help is needed. What i know is that when we are depressed, we tend to overthink, that makes it only worse.

What helped me. My honest answer is antidepressants. And along with that,you can try writing down small goals you want to achieve, also organize your life. When you dont have a schedule, everything may seem like a mess and like you are not going anywhere. Some times setting small goals and make a schedule can reduce stress and depression.

Yeah, I've got a lot to say about it, but you have to be more specific. What bothers you the most? What are your problems? What would you like to achive/change in your life?

I just cut off the last of my "friends"
I am generally miserable with my life

I need to make a change, I need to be consistent with working out, make sure I don't eat garbage, get a lot of sleep, and not spend money on food and just invest
