If natural law can be broken it is not Law, least Natural. If there is such a thing as imperfection in perfect creation then it is by design and therefore it is perfectly imperfection. Same coin, so what's the fuss because you cannot have a whole with ONLY one half, as long as you polarize it to fit the dichotomy you ascribe to me thinks you're missing important lessons, and therefore your picture is clearly incomplete, but then again understanding that it's either perfect or it is not, or it's either designed as intended or it is not kinda ends all the "evil agents" story.
