Yōjo Senki - Saga of Tanya the Evil...

I recently subscribed to Crunchyroll's youtube channel and came across a masterpiece of an anime called Saga of Tanya the Evil which also goes by the name Yōjo Senki in Japan which translates to "The Military Chronicles of a Little Girl".

The Yōjo Senki universe is set in the World War II era except that there are mages, the main protagonist is called Tanya Degurechaff who is a talented mage who also has ambitions of being promoted to the top ranks of the military by whatever means necessary.

Saga of Tanya the Evil was released in early 2017 and has 12 episodes as well as a movie, the anime itself was produced by a rather new studio called NUT studio though the production value is as good as it gets and must go down a one of Crunchyroll's best releases to date. _Source
