... you feel it’s unique healing energy. Forest therapy is used in Japan to treat depression and anxiety, the scent of trees acts as a natural immune boost!

I am spending my quarantine time at my parent’s house which is located in a small village by Hamburg. Being this close to nature is such a blessing. I can already see the changes while people are staying home. The animals start to increase their territory and plants are growing bigger and more colorful than usual. 🌺🌿

Let’s appreciate our earth more. All living beings earn our respect. No matter how big or small.

Being close to nature is really a blessing and here in mauritius we are super blessed! Walking barefoot on the soil is a kind of usual activity for me. On another note...you got a great young fan over here...Rheem, my daughter!! She goes 'yeahhhh' once she sees your post on my phone...she actually started loving her curly hair...after looking at you!lol!

Did know the Japanese use tree hugging as a therapy. Super! Just the simple thing to walk with bare feet on grass, gives a feeling of freedom; Something I like to do more often.
