I just found a brown recluse on my arm!

If you buy the root, get the Russian variant, as it is sterile, and makes no seeds. All you have to do is plant the root. Russian comfrey has twice the level of Allitonin (the active ingredient) in the roots.

If you find the other kind, plant it somewhere you do not care too much about, and let it spread. A tea, from the leaves also makes good plant food.

Thanks, @smithlabs!

Any time Sister! :)

I figured out where the spider came from. I keep a baby blanket next to my chair, so when the dachshunds come up on my lap, I can cover them with the Binkie. They love it, but apparently, so did the spider. It is by the back door (so I can let the monsters in and out) and the spider had easy access! I have to change that!!! :(

I found a scorpion that way. Apparently arachnids like soft blankets too!

That sucks too! I have started shaking out that binkie before use. :)
