Hello friends, I finished my painting today, so I have the process photos for you :) It took me about 4 hours to paint the whole picture. I used watercolors and a little bit of white acrylic paint.
The process:
At the end there was a dilemma: paint or don´t paint the background. What do you think?

Hey, nice work! I love the warmth of the colors you used there. Might not be a good idea to go with the coloured background, you might get too strong contrast. But that's just my opinion and I'm not an artist so... Yeah :)

thanks :) I like it this way, but I had an idea about darker background, so the flowers will shine more... but im not sure yet...

A dark background may make the light-colored flowers even cooler. Great masterpiece.

Beautiful work. Personally, I wouldn't mess with the background. If you do a dark background, it will muddle the dark green leaves in the right side of the piece. Just my humble opinion. You have great talent. Thanks for sharing it.

This is GORGEOUS!!! I think a background would make the lighter flowers pop more, for sure... but you'd have to be careful of which color you went for, so you didn't lose the nice contrast on the right side. Perhaps a light-mid tone in a contrasting color..? With or without a background color, this is amazing.

Thank you :) I made my mind to left it white just for sure :D with darker background the darker leafs would disapear...
