Making it count #1 - Self improvement series

Inspired by https://steemit.com/@valorforfreedom I will post a daily self improvement log to keep myself accountable.

I am going to:

  • Share my goals and what I do each day to reach them
  • Share cool stuff i find along the way
  • Try to help out other people with posts and comments outside of this series. Mostly in the fitness / health sphere
  • Try to connect with like minded people and help creating an awesome time for everyone around
  • etc
