These Are the Most Dangerous Conflicts in the World Right Now

Increasingly we need to separate facts from fictions and exaggerations in the portrayal of our views. A lot of attention is centered on conflicts that pale in comparison to most here, which are barely heard of. Violence is condemn-able anywhere in the World no matter the casualty figure, but selective actions and silence will only make bolder the perpetrators of violent acts.

I used several sources for my research and found out that many could not provide accurate numbers hence the fluctuating ranges in figures.

The Most Violent Places in 2018:

Syria >25,000 Deaths
Mexico >20,000 Deaths
Afganistan >3,000 Deaths
Yemen >6,000 Deaths
Nigeria >2000 Deaths

Of course these are just mere figures for those that live in stable environments but they represent actual human lives violently cut short due to conflict. While the media is not to blame for starting any of these wars (at least to my limited knowledge), we have seen what media activism can accomplish when the spotlight is on an issue. The World needs to send a clear message that all lives matter and it can only be done by the media

and then they wonder why we want to keep immigration under control here in the states. We dont need your wars about stupid bullshit entering our boarders

You're kinda missing the point though. Am all for controlling illegal immigration but if more attention was focused on these conflicts and Western allies (including US) stayed out of them, there may not be a migrant crisis

In 2016/17, the police recorded a total of 19,016 murders, up from 18,673 murders in 2015/16.

...and South Africa is melting...Getting worse by the day, from what I hear..

@empress-eremmy you know I value your thoughts. Today, is really no different.

War is a failure of diplomacy. While the Federal part of government wages any war they can at will. Nationally, we do not recognize it. (Two distinct governments).

Consider the sources. Wikipedia is independent ( relationally above as National)

HRW and Amnesty Int ( are likened to Federal)... with George Soros.

I dont back anything with Soros stamp of approval, seeing as they (agencies, ngo, npo) are likely to twist the truth to benefit their cause. I have yet to forgotten in 2010 how Soros used an NGO to attack the government of Hungary while they brought legitimate crimes against him.

War is not really needed until diplomacy fails. ..

I always appreciate your honest opinions dear, and I'll have it no other way.

I really don't have all the trust in the World for my sources, even Wikipedia. Facts can and definitely will be skewed by the propaganda machines in the furtherance of their agendas.

I don't trust them, just felt they had the most available data

Alright, :) thanks for response.

Wikileaks sheds a lot of light via cables, problem is volume and putting together to the parts.

Just started digging in. A whole lot of data and too little time

Dang that's awesome haiku empress!

I second that. Time is a precious commodity.

I'm a bot. I detect haiku.

One more incident I have never heard of...till today

I have a very horrible feeling about S.A...

I've been tracking it's decent into madness, for quite a while now - and now it's accelerating

Watch these (from oldest to youngest)..if you are interested in the real history of it's collapse..
