On New Years I will post the results of my year-long quest to increase my holdings to 1,000,000 BP. Today, I hit 990,000!
With a furious burst of content-creation in the past few weeks, and help from my loyal band of curators, I increased my pace to 5000 BP every six days. That's about twice as fast as I was earning all year - pretty impressive (especially since I lost my 3 biggest curators last month because I won't burn tokens).
Even at that rate, I'm not going to make it, since I only have 3 days to earn 10,000 BP. But I worked really hard up to the deadline (Christmas Day) to get a ton of good posts and comments up, and they'll all be paying out soon. I think there's a chance I could even make it to the 995,000 milestone by New Years - we'll soon find out!
