Elephant Hakka or Elephant Tooth...

Many call it an elephant's tusk, but it is an elephant's tooth.
Five times in the life of an elephant, the teeth are lost and new teeth are coming. If you look carefully in this second photo, you can see how new teeth are erupting behind the existing tooth in the area marked in red.
The last two pairs of teeth that come in this way, i.e. the sixth, last for the life of the animal. Elephants often die of old age due to the loss of their last teeth and inability to chew food properly due to lack of absorption of nutrients from that food.
Because of this, elephants pay special attention to the protection of their teeth. You can see how the elephants that eat the grasses in the lake grounds catch them with their trunks and beat them with their front feet to remove the sand and other waste very meticulously. Prevent tooth wear due to sand.
The third picture shows how the teeth are arranged inside the mouth of an elephant.
Domestic elephants have very little access to food containing sand and other waste materials, so the survival of their teeth can be seen to increase and the life expectancy of elephants is comparatively longer.
