This is My first day of Body weight Exercises of my 3 month challenge.

My first day I did inverted body weight rows, using the john deere tractor since I dont have the proper bars yet. I did support the bucket so I would not get hydraulic drift (I WAS SAFE).
I also did dips using the tractor as well. My pull up bar has dip handles but they torque my shoulder to much.
I did band assisted pull ups to correct my form and to help with my pull up as I build strength.
I did pseudo planche push ups leaning forward as much as I can.
And lastly I did Band assisted neutral grip pull ups.
I did 3 sets of each and 10 to 15 reps each. On the pull ups I do do negatives at the end of each set.
I know I have a long way to go but I am hoping to get their before it snows. Thanks for watching..
