LEFT BRAIN-
1 VERBAL- using words to name , describe and define.
2 ANALYTIE- figuring things out step by step and part by part.
3 SYMBOLIE- using a symbol to stand for something. For example the drawn from stands eyes, the sign plus stands for the process of addition.
4 ABSTRACT- taking out a small bit of infromation and using it to represent the whole thing .
5 TEMPORAL- keeping track of time, sequence one thing first , second thing second etc.
6 RATIONAL - drawing conclusions based on reason and facts.
7 DIGITAL- using numbers as in counting.
8 LOGICAL- drawing conclusion based on logic. One thing following another in logical order.
9 LINEAR- thinking in terms of linked ideas, ine thought directly following another, often leading to a convergent conclusion.
RIGHT BRAIN—-
1 NONVERBAL- using non-verbal cognition to process perceptions.
2 SYNTHETIC- putting things together to form wholes.
3 ANALOGIC- seeing likeness among things, understanding metaphoric relationships.
4 ACTUAL,REAL- relating to things as they are, at the present moment.
5 NONTEMPORAL- without a sense of time .
6 NONRATIONAL- not requiring a basis of reason or fact. Willness to suspend judgment.
7 SPATIAL - seeing where things are in relation to other things and how parts go together to form a whole.
8 INTUITIVE- making leaps of insight , often based on incomplete patterns. Feeling or visual images.
9 HOLISTIC- seeing whole things all at once . Perceiving the overall pattern and structure , often leading to divergent conclusions.
