Burritos are ideal cycling fuel

"If I'm going to šŸŒ®šŸ± my bike is coming inside with me."

Having heard about numerous bikes being stolen outside the Midtown Global Market building lately, my approach is to bring mine in with me. I know the Taco Cat bicycle delivery persons bring their bikes in, so why not? Leave no bike behind!

In addition to creating fabulously fantastic food, Taco Cat is rad because it's a local biz and deliveries are made exclusively by bicycle. All. Year. Round. It takes some damn gritty riders to do that in Minneapolis. They don't shut down deliveries in sub-zero weather or snow storms. They get it done! If you're not in the bike delivery area, pedal over yourself and earn your fuel.

For those not familiar, Midtown Global hosts many restaurants in addition to Taco Cat, along with East Lake Brewery and other vendors. If you live in Minneapolis and haven't tasted the food here, what are you waiting for? And seriously, if you arrive by bicycle, take your beloved inside or hire a badass to guard it.

The Midtown Market is cool, and Minneapolis is FULL of bike thieves.
Bringing it in is a good idea.
Taco Cat is also pretty sweet.
