Even in the heat of the day
Deep in the coldness of the night
A life of loneliness, am afraid
As my my feet got many blight
As my toes mumbles together
I begin to shake like feathers
Asking myself, why go this further.
. . .
Frost beating harder than life
Cold eating deep into my breathe
A perfect nanny would surely be of help
This trip is not for the weak
Either up or below the hill
An avalanche incoming, a death will
Loneliness is the mother of sorrow.
. . .
Even in the heat of the day
All in the dead of the night
We wait and linger for help
None came, am we froze
Immortal children of snow
Non decomposing men of the hill
Adventurous son of man
Here we stay, waiting for you.
. . .
A night to think of, my last thought
All running through me like electrons
No memory, no hope of the future
All lost in the face of mountain conquering glory
A day of no return was that day
As we all pened down our last poem.
. . .
