The usefulness of meditation practice

get rid of your bad habits

Meditation gives you more awareness. Awareness can give you a great support at realising how this habits affect you and your body, and how your life will change when you'll give up. I gave up smoking myself for that matter. Although I like it still, I don't feel the need to smoke.

enjoy life a lot more fully then you currently are.

When you raise your consciosness, your life will look different to you. You will experience it as more of a dream over time. It happens to me now, many times intraday I would have glipses of realisations that life is a dream, and that everything I see is not real, although it may seem like it is. Things you see will look so beautyful to you that it'll be like literally you are in a fairy tale. Where everything is so beauty, right?

get your emotions in order

If you are having problems with emotions, like depression or enxiety, then meditation will cure you. I also have had a severe anxiety before. Like moments when you are so stressed and so enxious that you can't even sit straight. With meditation it became better.
