My two favourites are the early grey and lemon meringue. As you would imagine, they are both sweet with the lemon one having a tangy zesty after taste leaving you with a mouth full of blissful confusion. There is a strategy to having cake, and that is combining it with un-sweetened tea, and a glass of water.
Pick two contrasting styles and when one becomes too overpowering, first, neutralise with the water, then set the stage with the tea, and proceed to consume the "other" cake.
