Hey everyone. As I wrote in my into to me post, I am interested in calligraphy. Growing up, my mom always made sure that I wrote neat and because of that I had the neatest handwriting in class. When I was 12, I saw some calligraphy and felt a great attachment and so my aunt bought me a calligraphy learning book. But being in school and later on as you know life takes over, I never really did it. 3 years ago, I told my husband about this story and he ended up buying me a calligraphy kit for our anniversary. I practiced a little, but I had a 2 year old and a newborn so not much was able to be done. Then two years ago, I was flipping through a facebook resale group and came across a request to do a calligraphy/lettering piece. I wanted to share this piece with you, because since I did it and sold it, I have not stopped. It was around Father's Day and the lady had just found out she was pregnant and wanted to gift her husband with the ultrasound picture in a creative way. She requested a child font. Oddly enough, it was harder to do this child font than writing something in cursive. What do you think? Did I get it?
