@ned owns 1/3rd of the steempower, so although it would be possible to grab the remaining 200 steem to power it up, about 180 million steempower total ned or steemit inc has 90 million of it and no one is going to buy up pieces of a shrinking ship... ask yourself if you would buy golos... well I would because of the fact of US American competition... the Elite investors are waiting to see if steem and golos can work on their own without being pumped by easy printed federal reserve style capital which kind of karmicly contaminates a blockchain... when you just top down pour fiat into steem or golos you are cheating... the middle class must be convinced to invest and they need heros like myself and others who didn't being any bitcoins but got upvoted to their steempower, which is the ONLY reason people will EVER want to come to steem... the Whales MUST think about their own fortunes and realize they are the only ones who can take risks to being more investors here like a multi level marketing program... they bought all this steempower so now they MUST hire interns on craigslist to sit and do all their work for them....
I am not asking whales to invest anymore money but their TIME.... PEOPLE LISTEN to whales and I just see whales trying to bask in their new found wealth acting like they're doing us a favor by NOT choosing to uovote... well @ned should be using that cut of the reward pool but only when the program he invests in shows real results, targets, sales reports. a trading floor like wolf of wall street, we just need people replacing the workers at GREENPEACE and WORLD WILDLIFEFUND and PBS because if they can hire interns to stand on corners and at the mall and promote steem, then so can we... it upsets me how limited of a vision @ned has when all he has to do is set autosteem to post twice a day.

the only reason I post on steemit is because I get a kick from the whale bot ...a few cents but it makes me feel that I am here and I am appreciated...
