Lazy Afternoon Tea

Late afternoon the sun casts a nice golden glow. Nothing much to do other than a sip of freshly brewed tea

Why I turned the original artwork into a tea? That is the impression I got when I first saw it. Without giving it much processing I just went for a tea set. The bigger blue image on the left looks like a tea kettle and the smaller one a tea cup and saucer. I painted a faint white on both images so I can create that porcelain effect. Then added a rectangular tray to support my afternoon tea idea. Add a spoon and some tea towels. Once the mood is set came the cat. The cat is just an after thought I think it helps set the mood of a lazy afternoon. Isn't it cute?
