You see, most people in the world are basic average people... scared to take any risks in life. They tend to live an average life and to me... that is no way to live because I don't want to live a boring life.

This is one of my favorite motivational speeches of all time. I really dig Steve Harvey and I honestly didn't know he was anything other than a gameshow host until I saw him featured on one of these motivation compilations on Youtube.
He's got a lot of great messages he talks about everyone has a gift, you may just have to look outside of things like running, jumping , playing sports and singing, we all have some gift. He also talks about your passion may not be your gift. He likes golf but he's not a good golfer.
