I talked about healing illnesses and injuries with internal strength, Life Force. There are various factors to address to different situations. There is no one specific technique or ingredient. However, to generalize this process, I will try to explain this in three general activities:
- Supply your body with needed ingredients (nutrients, foods, medicine, vitamins) or even physical attention like stretching, pressing, putting, bending, stitching, etc.
- Start gathering internal force to heal, to transport things from above, to manufacture the chemical agents within your own body; start signaling your body to address the problem, etc.
- How do you know steps 1 and 2 are working? I can remember the states of myself in comparisons. I compare myself five minutes ago and present state. I can feel the body healing or working. This skill is also important. I don’t waste my time in long meditation to realize later it’s not working. I can feel the difference in less than five minutes. Some virus, illness, or physical injuries took me a long time like one month to heal completely, but I had to be able to feel the healing progress or whether I am on the right path in as little as five minutes. On some rare occasions, specific method of meditation actually made the problem worst, but I can feel it right away and changed it!
I just got inspired to write this out from seeing a movie talks about body fighting viruses with antibody. Skill 3 is very important for those who will train the internal life force and rely on it like me. Can you feel a particle or molecule of foods move in your vein? Can you feel a cell or tissue destroyed or repaired? Can you feel particles of air travel in your body? I will reveal all my discoveries and “secret” knowledge in my final martial arts instructional that I will write. All those three activities of steps above have much detail explanations needed that I won’t take my time to write them all out now.
