Ingredients of Maple Makhane Shiki

2 tablespoons lotus seeds

1 spoonful of almond flakes

1 spoonful of grated coconut

300 ml of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

How to make Maple Makhana Chikki

Step 1: reduce some maple syrup in a skillet over medium heat until it thickens, i.e., 150 ml.

Step 2: Then, place the pan over low heat and dry the lotus seeds, almond flakes, sesame seeds and coconut. Next, add the maple syrup to the pan and mix well with the toasted ingredients.

Step 3: Place the college paper on the tray and then spread the mixture over it. Allow the mixture to settle. Once configured, you can cut the pieces as desired and store them in an airtight container for prolonged use.
