The power of your subconscious mind

Today I want share my views on very interesting topic here. I don’t know how many of you might heard about subconscious mind. As a human we have two state of our mind conscious and subconscious.

Conscious mind is the reasoning mind. It is that phase of mind that chooses. For example, you choose your books, your home and your life partner. You make all decisions with your conscious mind.

On the other hand, without any conscious choice on your part, your heart is kept functioning automatically, and the vital functions of digestion, circulation, and breathing are carried on by your subconscious mind through processes independent of your conscious control.

Your subconscious mind accepts what is impressed upon it or what you consciously believe.

There are lot of detail available on the internet where you read about it in detail. I am not going covering that detail in this post instead I want share that how would activate your subconscious mind by doing some simple 20 mins meditations. Which reduces your stress level and provide a internal strength to achieve good health and success in your life.
