Thanks for giving Share2steem a try ! If I may, just note you can leave {steem} as is (without putting your username between the brackets), the whole mention will be replaced by your username.
You can also use a custom title. To do this, just insert [your title] (between square brackets) in your instagram post, it will become your Steem post title (it will look better on Instagram if you put it at the beginning of your post).
