簡易食譜-如何煮出好吃的西餐 (香煎鮭魚)

大家好 今天教大家煮香煎鮭魚
先看看最终完成的食物

食材
鮭魚 一塊
小洋白菜
檸檬
开始煮咯~1.先把鱼洗干净 再用纸巾吸干鱼的水分 要不然煎鱼的时候油都弹到你脸上了,
如果想要美观的话可以在鱼皮上画几刀。现在在鱼皮的一边用橄榄油和盐调味一下。

2.煎锅下油然后开火,直到油出烟就可以下鱼了,鱼皮朝下放进锅里要用手按着鱼去煎,這樣魚縮起影响美观了。下點鹽和胡椒调味,鱼只要煎4分半至五分鐘,魚身三分之二都熟了就可以把鱼反过来了。

3.这一边煎一分钟左右,记得动一下手让鱼的每一个部分都煎的到,现在再将鱼皮反过来朝下,关火让锅里的余温继续煮一会。

4.煎鱼的时候煮一下小洋白菜。

好! 只剩下摆盆了

香煎脆皮三文鱼完成!这样的做法鱼皮都煎得脆脆的,很好吃。没有做酸酸的配菜或是酱料来伴三文鱼,就简单用柠檬汁吧,同样好吃。如果喜欢我的食谱请给个赞跟follow,谢谢:D
