Jim Acosta is suspended from the White House, but a court overruled it. It seems that now there is a new threat to revoke his press pass. It is difficult to keep up with the various twists and turns in this theatrical This is a soap opera designed to get ratings. Jim Acosta is somehow playing a victim when this is in fact the best thing that could have happened to his career.

Jim Acosta is an entertainer, his job is to be the news, not to report it. This is the sad state of ‘journalism’. As long as we remember that it is entertainment, it will be fine. The dangerous part is that way too many people see these theatrical performances as reporting, which they certainly are far from.

The conspiracy is to merge entertainment and news and hope that nobody notices.

take your pics down from your bedroom wall of Sarah Fuckabee Sanders and trump, and wake up. Of all the journalists covering the WH, he is one of the few that aren't scared to ask the tough questions... which is the reason his pass had been taking in the first place. Had trump not wanted to stir shit, he would have never called on Acosta in the first place. Trump is an attention whore, and asks for the problems he gets, and he soon will get all the attention he can handle when Mueller is finished with him.

I’d never dispute the fact that Trump loves attention and accolades. He literally had the highest rated show on tv for many years due to his sense of humor and charisma. Both Trump and Acosta are obsessed with ratings and popularity. They both are very smart to realize that thier ‘feud’ is great for their respective careers.

As for Acosta asking tough questions, that may be true. There is multiple decade long precedent among Washington reporters to ask one question, and in some cases a brief follow up question. Acosta frequently would ask three or four questions in a row. That’s unfair to the other journalists. I realize that the press like to stick together and have some type of camaraderie. I know I’d hate to be a fellow White House journalist who patiently waited to ask a question but couldn’t because Acosta asked 4 questions in a row.

True journalists give their fellow reporters a fair chance to ask questions also. Being an attention hog is a major attribute(and potential flaw) of Trump. I am merely stating the glaringly obvious point that it is a major attribute of Acosta as well.

trump didn't properly answer any questions Acosta asked, which is typical...
