Snacks or snacks should be consumed in small quantities, because the function is only as a distraction between main meals. Unfortunately, many people who forget themselves when eating a snack because it's tasty and delicious. They are not aware of having consumed hundreds of calories in one meal. Limit consumption of up to 150 calories snack; more than that, do not blame anyone if your body more fattening.
