Here again at the lunch break of Day 2 of the Blockshow event in Berlin.
This day started off with a celebrity keynote of the Wikipedia founder Jimmy Whales ( like the last name ). He just presented his new project WikiTribune at aims to offer no-fake news. The presentation was rather dull but the content interesting.
Then we had a lively panel talk , which I will present you with detail in the near future. The gist is that blockchain technology needs time to develop, build and ship.
This means on the one hand we have to be patient and on the other hand we have to consider ourselves lucky and privileged to be so early in the game.
And speaking of so early in the game walking at the exhibition I spotted a somewhat Steemit competitor. Ina very broad sense. Anyway, out of curiosity, I asked the lady in the booth. So, they will monetize existing content on Facebook and similar channels. Every vote counts the same, you will have rewards for ever, not for just 7 days. They will have curation rewards, but not decided how much. And they will ship next year.
We are very early in the game I am telling you.

Great to know this, @iliasdiamantis, because sometimes it feels like it's too late to enter the world of crypto. But with the improvement and growth it still needs, I believe now we are still early in the game.

Right, @iliasdiamantis. I am looking forward to the day all the people around the world will have more power with their money (than money having power over them because that's what's happening right now) through crypto and be able to buy stuff they need and want.
