Recently, I have observed several failures in steem2sol swap again. And here is the latest logs for the sendTransaction failures.
I have two sets of APIs to sendTransactions: Alchemy and Helius API - however both them didn't work.
I guessed it might be due to the amount of SOL transferred which was small.
Alchemy returned 429 too many requests - but at that time, there were no other requests.
I would suggest using other swaps for now: steem2trx or steem2eth.
