I had similar story with hitbtc, but read a lot of another exchanges and generally everywhere is same shit!

    I agree and hence a growing need for a decentralized exchange where we control the Private keys and don't have to worry about what exchange does.
    no endorsement, but I have been using bittrex or bitfinex for a long time now and yet to find an issue;
