I held everything, did not move a penny, and it was hard not to touch BTC and buy a pile of stuff in the red I believe in but I also used this period to teach myself some restraint.

It is fine to buy the dips or worse...... but that also means we deplete our BTC reserves and if we believe in BTC - and most of us do ---- it is important to hold onto BTC.

I am not saying it was easy, LOL, I am saying I needed to exercise restraint and teach myself a good habit.

Well said. Actually in my latest WAYT series post a day or 2 ago, I pointed out LTC and ETC to people about solid sideways movement during extended bloodbath periods!

Now look at ETC today!! And LTC is up nicely/modestly also

I just got a post up and am getting ready to head out with someone shortly but this is legit news.

I scanned the article, there are a lot of legit links and sources and you will be pleased to know of course, the CBC article/source is our taxpayer funded gov't owned propaganda lame stream news giant.

Kingston where the rapper is from is 2 hours dead E. of me on the highway.

Holding all the way! I don't do trading, I do my research and buy coins for the long-long-term! I usually have two buy moments each month, and I only buy on the dips. Dips like these are great opportunities for buying coins from blockchain-projects where I truly believe in! Even if it seems we were in a bubble, if I did my research correctly, I still will have some nice investments! Google and other big companies survived the dotcom-bubble in the late 90'ies to! Oh yeah, I only use money "I'm willing to lose" if it comes to cryptocurrency!

I always read read the whitepaper... Is it something that could be useful in our world of not. Then I join the slack channel (or another chatbchannel) and see how helpfull the people are and if they give fast response to questions. Besides that, i check how the amount of coins is limited or not, and how you could get them, mining? Proof of work? Proof of stake? Proof of investment? Then I check their website, does it look professional? Then I check their wallets, are they easy to use? Is there a possibility for hardware wallet!? Do they have a lite wallet? ...

I simply traded up into another asset which allowed me to gain more of the asset I sold all while hedging against losing value. This is a lot trickier but this is not the first time I've done it.
