What is Potcoin?

I dont mean to crash the party but i have an important question. Can you perhaps enlighten us as to why the THC-industry should use potcoin and not say cannabiscoin or weedcoin or any other cryptocurrencies to settle payments and that can give the same security? What sets potcoin aside from the rest of the cryptocurrencies and why would the industry have a bigger benefit in using potcoins instead of say tenx, metal or even diamond coins?

Honestly, I'm no educated enough on the other coins to offer an honest comparison. Do you have a preference?

All I am saying is , I cannot see why the industry should use a fork of bitcoin (all altcoins are forks of bitcoin) which doesn't give clear and distinct advantage over the original. That said, there are many altcoins that are clearly better than bitcoin with regards to speed of transaction, costs of transferring money etc. Almost any coin is better in that regard. Im stealing your post now but check out Diamond coins for instance. It gives you clear advantages over bitcoin. Why use potcoins? or cannabis coins? If i was running a serious hemp planting business, i would use altcoins with more serious names, more established brands and a longer track record so that the currency would hold value. Food for thought.

There is still a large percentage of people that are not familiar with Bitcoin and how it's used.

Potcoin and industry specific coins are a way to bring cryptocurrencies to market.

I think it's a great idea, but can be confusing with all the different coins for sure!!
