Binance has become one of my favorite cryptocurrency exchanges and it's no surprise why. They have a great selection of coins, they are a reliable service, they have lot of fun contests and community coin of the month contests, and they also are very good at communicating with their customers as we've seen recently when it was down for a day.
I noticed when logging in the other day they had a notification at the top of the site saying "were hiring". I decided to checkout the jobs and to my surprise many of these jobs are remote jobs, you can do them remotely from wherever you live, you don't need to live in HongKong or the UK which I believe is where there offices are.
I was also surprised to see the jobs carried over into several different industries. Yes they were hiring a lot of developers, but they are also hiring compliance specialists so anyone who's ever worked in compliance, finance and banking may have a good shot at a job. They are hiring for marketing positions and even customer service positions.
I know these days a lot of people are looking to get into the crypto space and a lot of people are looking to work remotely and this opportunity checks both of those boxes. While I own and run several of my own businesses I'm always up for earning money and I have a background in customer service, marketing and compliance. One of my longterm goals is to be a digital nomad or be location dependent and currently my business ties me down to the Chicago area. I may actually look into some of these positions and if the workload is light enough that I could still continue to do all the other stuff I do I may actually wind up applying for some of these.

Do they pay well? Anyone know about that he company culture? It sounds a bit hard to work there and have a life outside of work.

Not sure about pay, to me the most attractive part is working remotely and being in on the ground floor of a cutting edge industry with an industry leading company. Company culture seems fun, they are always having all those lambo contests, community of the month contests, etc, etc, etc. If you read the careers page they kind of joke about not being too serious. Seems like it could be a fun place to work and an interesting opportunity

Good post. They said they would need someone that can speak English and Chinese. I can speak a bit of Chinese so I am somewhat qualified lol. I am looking at the jobs and I am not sure which one would be most suitable for me. I have similar aspirations as you. I want to go 100% digital so that I am location independent. I already have a potential job in the future that will do that for me, but this is another great option.

Yeah I don't speak Chinese but have a background in compliance and am fairly knowledgeable about crypto so though it may be worth applying if it's something that could work within my current schedule.
