it's sometimes hard to contain or express enthusiasm in writing. A challenge that would definitely improve our writing to use less ! and more of the craft of words. You can do it.

I have the hardest time with that. I'll often go through and take out exclamation points so I don't look overtly eccentric.
And then I switch the out for smileys because, well, I want people to know I'm excited! Or kidding, since I'm a smartass at times and that has a tendency to come across all wrong on the screen. 😏
Excellent post, BTW. There are some great writers on here that would probably have more votes if they heeded the words. Resteeming! There's that damn exclamation point again - I'm going to end this here because the urge for another smiley is just...too...strong...ARGGHHHH
