With the busy world we live in today, technology pretty much consumes/runs most of our lives. Try to limit your phone usage by 50% today. Emails, phone calls, texts, and social media are just a few of the things we use our phones for on a daily basis. Take the time today to just relax and not get on your phone as much. I'm not challenging you to completely ignore reading those important emails, or calling back a friend, i'm challenging you to put you and your family before technology today. Good Luck everyone! :)
